"I’m currently battling State Farm to replace my damaged roof (from hail and wind damage). We have a reputable roof contractor that determined that there is damage in multiple locations to my roof. State Farm insists the roof damage can be repaired. My contractor attempted to repair it and determined it cannot be repaired and that the only way to fix the damage is to replace the roof.

I’ve still got a leak above the master bathroom every time it rains. This leak is getting worse of course and we have mold in the ceiling as well.

We also have damage to the trim under our gutters, the gutters and the downspouts.

We have neighbors that have different insurance companies who replaced their roofs.

I would highly discourage anyone from using State Farm!!! Save yourself a nightmare and use a different insurance company. Brandon Holland has been of zero help!!
